Crock Pot Taco Turkey Chili with Cornbread

Ingredients:
1 onion, chopped
1 16 oz can black beans, drained
1 16 oz can kidney beans, drained
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 10 oz package canned corn
3 10 oz cans diced tomatoes w/chilies (I buy the monster can of Rotel)
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 package frozen, ground turkey
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (I’m a cilantro addict so I use an entire bunch, chopped roughly).

Directions:
1. Combine everything in a slow cooker with the frozen block of ground turkey on the bottom of the crock pot.
2. Cook on high for at least 6 hours. Often this sits on high for 9 hours while I’m at work and I promise the world won’t end as a result.
3. Make packaged corn bread according to directions and serve alongside.
